A Charlie Brown Valentine {DVD Review & Giveaway!}

The Peanuts gang is back for Valentines Day! And guess who is in love?

Love is in the air as Charlie Brown and the rest of the Peanuts gang make plans to celebrate the upcoming Valentines Day holiday. Its the most romantic time of the year and everyone has big hopes of having their dreams of love and friendship fulfilled. Charlie Brown once again finds himself wishing he had the courage to ask the Little Red-Haired Girl to the dance. While he pines away for her, Peppermint Patty and Marcie do their best to woo him.

Who is your favorite Peanuts character? I have quite a few favorites I love Snoopy and his teasing of Charlie Brown, Sally (Charlie Browns sister) and her unfortunately unreturned love of Linus, and Lucy is just hysterical to me with her overbearing attitude, short temper, and attempts to make money by giving out advice.

In this special Valentine DVD, released at the end of December, Charlie Brown has an intense crush on the little red-headed girl and his attempts to get her to notice he exists is sooo funny. He is so shy that its no wonder he doesnt seem to have much success with his love life I mean, he doesnt even find out what her name is but continues to call her the little red-headed girl! He definitely needs some good advice, but going to Lucy is probably not the best idea. 😉 She has her own problems with Schroeder, who has no interest in giving her even simple hugs or kisses for Valentines Day, much to her consternation. Then theres Sally, who blissfully pours her love upon poor Linus (her sweet baboo) who just wants to be left alone (will he give in one day?).

This is a super sweet tribute to Valentines Day by the Peanuts gang, one worth owning! Im hoping to be able to collect more Charlie Brown DVDs now that I own one. I enjoyed this one immensely!
