Thanks to Seventh Generation, I was able to try their newest dishwashing liquids in four scents: Lavender Floral & Mint, Free & Clear, Fresh Citrus and Ginger, and Lemongrass & Clementine Zest.

These products smell awesome!   The Fresh Citrus and Ginger scent is my favorite – it makes washing dishes by hand a pleasure!  I’m not a fan of perfumey scents, so all of these products are perfect for me.  And if you’re not into scented products, you’ll like their Free & Clear version which is completely scentless and hypoallergenic.

Besides the Seventh Generation dish soap, I also received a Le Creuset premium stoneware baking dish and some natural cleaning pads and cloths.  See the Twist loofah sponges on the left?  Those are so soft and nice!  I didn’t realize that things like these were available – I love them!  I’ve found them to be just as effective as the sponges I usually buy, and the prices are comparable, too.

Maple Landmark Starter Train Set Review

Emma and I were given the opportunity to pick something from their store for review and chose this small wooden Starter Train Set from Maple Landmark.  We’ve been on a train kick lately, what with all of the train cartoons available now, and there is a real train near our church that Emma loves to watch out for.  I’ve wanted to get her a train set for awhile, but we have a very small house and I didn’t want small pieces from a huge set to get everywhere like I knew would happen if I purchased the wrong one.  So when I saw this set, I knew it was PERFECT!

Small, circular, not too many parts, and simple enough for a toddler to play with by him/herself.  :)

Our Thoughts & Experiences:

First of all, shipping from Wild Dill was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition.  When I opened the box that contained the train set, I got hit with the BEST smell on earth: natural hardwood.  I don’t know why it smells so good but it does!  I so appreciate the fact that everything is made in the USA (Vermont to be exact).  After I got over the lovely scent of the wood, Emma and I put the tracks together.  Each track fits to the next like a puzzle piece so that they are easy to connect to each other but still secure.  The magnets on the train cars are strong and each one is painted thoroughly in a vivid color.  The train runs smoothly on the tracks.

We have no complaints whatsoever – this is a quality toy that I hope to keep as an heirloom wooden toy.  I recommend both the Maple Landmark brand and shopping at Wild Dill!

Are you a fan of delicious-smelling skincare products?  You’re going to love this feature if you do because this company, Bubalina Organics, carries body butters, sugar scrubs, lotions, shower gels, lip balms, and more – all in amazing scents such as:

Sharing My Thoughts…

Thanks to Bubalina Natural Organics, I was able to try samples of both the Orange Vanilla Body Butter Creme and the Tropical Lime Body Sugar Scrub.  Both of them smell SO SO SO yummy!  Not overpowering but definitely exactly like the scents they’re named after.  I think the Tropical Lime scent is my favorite – I looove lemon and lime scents and this is the ultimate.  It’s so refreshing to apply in the morning and makes my skin really soft!  The body butter does the same and together they make me feel like I’ve been to a spa.  At least, I’m assuming that’s how it feels since I’ve never actually been to a spa… ;-).   All I can say is the products are amazing – I want to try all of the scents now.   And because the products are made with certified organic ingredients, I’m more inclined to buy from them than splurge elsewhere.  :)
