I’ve been having a blast going through my stash of felt this Christmas. I’ve made felt garlands, stockings (which I still haven’t finished yet), and ornaments for my tree. I wanted to make more but haven’t really had the energy… plus, it’s been hard finding the right time. Emma would love to “help” with these kinds of projects but since they involve the glue gun and scissors I’ve had to limit her participation. Just for this year. :)
I found some of my inspiration for these ornaments (especially the woodland ornaments) online. I think my favorite is the bonnet girl – that’s the one I’m planning on posting a tutorial for if I can ever get a template drawn, scanned, and posted.
Have you been doing any Christmas-y crafting?

Oh I love these! I found some felt the other day when working on a book report shadow box with my 8 year old! I think we will have to do some of these too! Thanks!
I love these! They look great on your tree! :) I’ll have to try to make some for next year!
So super cute! You are so talented! I always love seeing what you come up with.
SIGH. I used to be so crafty… doing things like this all the time. Now, it’s just one more thing to overwhelm me. Maybe someday I’ll get organized enough again that I can do things like this.
… Of course my kids may be grown up and moved out and I’ll have 20 grandchildren that are keeping me busy then.
