The illustrations are bright and colorful and the stories are simple and whimsical:
My birdie has one bright yellow beak.
My birdie’s wing is hiding four pink chicks.
There are plenty of things to point out to your baby as you read!
In My Birdie, the focus is on colors and the parts of the bird, and in My Bunny, little ones find out just what the bunny prefers – listening to bumble bees and eating carrots are examples. The puzzle pieces lift out of the pages of the books easily, giving toddlers the challenge of putting together their first jigsaw puzzle!
